Terms of Service

Specific consulting, architecture, and agentic AI deployments are governed by respective Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW, the terms of the SOW shall prevail.

Unless explicitly designated as custom client deliverables under a signed SOW, all pre-existing technologies, foundational architectures, agent orchestration engines, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of AlpsMind.

Both parties agree to protect proprietary and confidential business information with the highest degree of care. Proprietary datasets and proprietary models will not be disclosed to unapproved third parties.

Our public informational surfaces are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Formal performance criteria, uptime guarantees, and service level agreements (SLAs) are defined within binding enterprise contracts.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
