Terms of Service

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Depot. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for the content you create and store in the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Store, transmit, or distribute illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlpsMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
